Together we will dismantle the barriers standing between you and effective parenting, step by step. Through education, skill-building, and ongoing support you will create the peaceful connection you’ve been searching for.
Parent coaching can help if...
Your child…
has oppositional behaviors and outbursts, trouble with transitions, rigid thinking, extra sensitivities, miscellaneous behavior issues, poor time management and other living skills, trouble with social interactions and situations, or a need for extra support with their LGBTQA* identity.

are frustrated, overwhelmed, feel ill-equipped or exhausted, wish you could respond differently, want to help your child gain better skills to navigate challenges, are struggling with how to support your LGBTQA* child, fall on the LGBTQA* spectrum yourself and lack support as a parent, or simply wish you could find a better balance.
This is not therapy.
Therapy involves the processing of events and trauma in a client’s history with a goal to heal from that trauma, find some relief, or “closure.” Often therapy involves clinical diagnosis and treatment plans. It can last several weeks or many years.
