Coaching for Young Adults

“While we live in a world that celebrates confidence, conviction, and faking it 'til we make it, what most of us want is permission to express our uncertainty without feeling like we are failing for not knowing or being.
To be human is to be uncertain. To be human is not a failure. It is a reason to celebrate.”

-Emily Mitnick

Welcome to Adulthood.

After roughly 18 years of chaperoned schooling, skills, and experiences - the keys to your life belong to you.

If you’re anything like your peers, you’ve watched the older adults in your life fumble with that key ring for most of your life. You have some of those keys memorized and know EXACTLY which doors they open. A few look familiar - you swear you’ve seen them before; you’ll know the right door when you see it. But the rest, which turns out to be a surprisingly large number of those keys, well, you’ve never seen them before you and you have no idea what in the hell you’re suppose to do with them. And what about all those doors you’re seeing? Do you have a key for ALL of them - or just some of them?
